    The current calendar is accessible only by Partners.

    Virtual Business Incubator offers a wealth of opportunities for you to get the support, mentoring, learning and feedback that you want to grow your business.

    Each program listed on the calendar is available from the privacy of your home or office via your telephone and is included as part of being a Partner or Coaching Client.   If teleclasses are new to you, please view the teleclass protocal for more information.

    Program Descriptions

    All of the programs listed on the calendar and described below are included in the fees for Partners and Coaching Clients. You will receive the telebridge numbers for the programs in your monthly email. The "Killer Marketing..." program requires three months of participation as a Partner or Coaching Client prior to enrollment (may be prepaid).

    Guest Pass participants are eligible to attend Special Events, teleclasses and the TGIF Wrap-Up. Guest Pass participants must register to attend events. You will receive the telebridge number in your confirmation email.

    Weekly Planner

    Mondays      11:00 a.m. Eastern

    Join us on Mondays to make plans for your week. You'll make a commitment to the group to complete the 1-3 tasks most important to you for the week and receive support and encouragement. The focus of these sessions is on sharing goals and receiving support to get the job done. Occasionally includes discussions on how to prioritize, manage time, handle disruptions, stay focused, avoid time wasters and other time management issues.

    Practice Management Discussion Group

    Second Monday      8:00 p.m. Eastern

    Managing your practice will take on a new dimension when you participate in the Practice Management Discussion Group. It covers topics related to client acquisition and retention, and office procedures that support these two goals.

    HR Roundtable

    Third Monday      8:00 p.m. Eastern

    The HR Roundtable is a discussion group that focuses on hiring, developing and working with employees. Topics such as supporting innovation and creativity, attracting and retaining good employees, identifying competencies, measuring performance and resolving employee issues will be found here.

    Open Office Hours

    First Come/First Serve:  Tuesdays   11:00 a.m. Eastern
       Wednesdays     6:00 p.m. Eastern

    Ten-minute Laser Coaching Sessions. Do you have an issue you want to work through in 10 minutes? An idea you want to explore? A problem you want to resolve? Call in and talk with the Coach. You don't need an appointment. Calls are accepted on a first come/first serve basis and are limited to 10 minutes each.

    Tip: Plan to be concise with the background information so that the bulk of the time can be spent on the issue.

    Bi-Weekly Rotating Events

    The bi-weekly rotating events are in areas important to the success of your business. Attend an event when you are working on a related project or just to hear what's new!     Business Coaching Group

    Twice Monthly    First and Third Wednesdays    2:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. Eastern

    The Business Coaching Group is structured using the Issues Model (sessions are centered around specific topics). I have developed a 12-step process for addresing business growth, profitability and client retention. You'll join a group of peers whom you will get to know over time as your group works on these issues that are key to business success.

    Based around the principles of the Master Mind, these sessions are designed to maximize the synergy of the group. This synergy is then available to everyone in the group. You'll find a richness in the interaction among group members that becomes invaluable as both you and your business grow.

    Group size is limited and new groups are started when needed.

    Advisory Board Meeting

    Monthly      Second Wednesday      2:00 p.m. Eastern

    The Advisory Board is an invaluable tool for enhancing your critical thinking skills, your decision-making skills, and your ability to plan strategically. Using a structured process, you will participate on and take advantage of the Advisory Board, benefiting from the combined wisdom, expertise and frankness of the group.

    The Board focuses on the "big picture" as opposed to day-to-day operational issues, bringing a broadened perspective to the discussions. Issues related to the future success of your company such as profitability, financial reporting, new markets, strategic direction, compensation, retirement planning, etc. are selected by yourself for discussion when the Board is working to serve your company.

    Board size is limited to four to six business owners. Each participant will have the opportunity to bring for discussion issues specific to their business once every other meeting. Board meetings are 90 minutes in length. Confidentiality, safety and openess of the Board's discussions are critical environmental factors in the Board's success.

    In order to ensure continuity, participation on the Advisory Board requires a three month committment.

    From time to time, various programs may be offered using the "5 Day Program" format. These programs will meet daily for five days to work intensely on a specific topic, with a specific result to be achieved at the end of the five day period. Includes checklists. Details of specific programs available via autoresponder when the program is offered.

    5-Day Build Your Business Marathon
