Designed for those actively seeking to move their business forward, the Partner level of participation brings together business owners who want to leverage the synergy of the group to build and sustain their business.
The Business Coaching Group sessions are structured using the Issues Model (sessions are centered around specific topics). You'll join a group of peers whom you will get to know over time as your group works on issues key to business success.
As a Partner, you'll have access to a wide selection of programs on topics important to the success of your business. The Advisory Board is an invaluable part of being a Partner. Using a structured process, you will participate on and take advantage of the Advisory Board, benefiting from the combined wisdom, expertise and frankness of the group.
There are also bi-weekly rotating events in areas in which you may want to develop skills and/or knowledge. Attend an event when you are working on a related project or just to hear what's new! Events include the Website Clinic and the Sales Club.
The HR Roundtable is a discussion group that focuses on hiring, developing and working with employees. Topics such as supporting innovation and creativity, attracting and retaining good employees, identifying competencies, measuring performance and resolving employee issues will be found here.
Managing your practice will take on a new dimension when you participate in the Practice Management Discussion Group. It covers topics related to client acquisition and retention, and office procedures that support these two goals.
